ORDER ISSUES

Oops I entered the wrong address Help!
Happens to the best of us, unfortunately, our orders process very quickly once they've been submitted, so we are unable to make changes once your order is in our system. To correct any errors with your order or your address information, we recommend contacting our customer care department to request a cancellation as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed, the order can be cancelled and a new one can be placed. If the order has been processed, unfortunately, the order will ship as is and cannot be modified.
Please contact our customer service team by clicking here or on twitter or facebook (@glamvilledaily) on Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM GMT (excluding weekends). We're happy to assist you in any way that we can.

When is my order going to ship?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 2-4 business depending on your location. Please note delays may occur during new product releases or during bank holidays.

My order arrived damaged. Please help!
We're sorry to hear that a portion of your order was damaged. In order to further assist you, please (contact us through the contact form) including a photo of your damaged items and a screenshot of the packaging slip so we can assist in replacing your item.

How do I return or exchange an item?

How do I find out the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, please visit this link( link to customer account). Under the “Check Order” area at the bottom of this page, you’ll simply need to enter in your order number, the email address you used to place your order, and your billing postal code. Please note that if you were not logged in while placing your order, unfortunately your order status will not be available—however all order updates will still be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase (order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc.). I've entered an invalid email address, what do I do?
Unfortunately, we are unable to send order information to an email address that differs from the one submitted with the order. Please email us ( link to customer service ) to request an update regarding your order status.
Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?
No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!

Can I combine discount codes on my order?
Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be combined, nor can multiple codes be applied to a single order. So sorry!


Do I have to create a Glamville account to shop?
An account is not required in order to shop from our site! But we do recommend that you create an account, as it makes it easy to check on the status of an order and gives you access to your full order history. :) You can also save your shipping information for a quicker checkout experience!

I need my refund redirected to a different account.
So sorry for the issue! Unfortunately, we are only able to issue a refund to the original point of purchase for the order. Please reach out to your bank for more information on how to reroute the funds to the correct account

What happens if my product is returned?

Do you offer Gift Cards?
We currently do not offer gift cards, but we hope to in the near future. Please check back again soon for new offerings and updates.
Can I gift wrap my order?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time, but we hope to in the near future. Please check back again soon for new offerings and updates.
Do you offer a rewards/loyalty program?
Unfortunately, we do not have a rewards or loyalty program at this time. Thank you for your interest!
Do you offer a pro discount for MUA’s?
Unfortunately, we do not currently have discounts. Thank you for your interest!

DELIVERY

Where’s my order?
The status of your delivery can be tracked using the ‘Where’s my order?’ form on our Help page.
Alternatively, a tracking link is supplied in your dispatch email. It will allow you to track your delivery via the delivery courier’s website.
Will my package be charged customs?
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based off product value. These fees are not included in your Glamville order and/or shipping total. Do you offer express/overnight delivery?
We do not currently offer expedited shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience!

When are the out of stock products restocking?
Oh no! Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about any restocks! We also announce restock dates via social media. :)

Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk buying?
So sorry! Unfortunately, we do not currently sell wholesale nor do we authorize the resale of our products. Thank you for your interest!
